In this course created, taught, and sponsored by SMPR Title Agency, Searches and title insurance are a part of almost every real estate transaction.  In this course, real estate professionals will learn about the title process and how it can affect their clients in buying and selling property. REALTORS will better understand the process, how to prepare and be proactive with their listing clients, and setting expectations appropriately in the buying process.  They will also learn what not to say to protect themselves and their brokerage from possible difficulties that may arise.
