Buyers want and deserve to know the taxes on a property, plus if everything on the property is ‘legal’ before they buy it. This course will dissect the roles and responsibilities of the assessor and the building department and how they are separate and interrelated. This course will give you confidence when working with municipalities, knowing what to expect, and what questions to ask to help prevent problems that will affect your client.
