We’ll examine agency responsibilities as seen solely from a single agency standpoint and the do’s and don’ts as a seller’s agent and buyer’s agent, such as “Do we provide feedback?” ” What can you say about your buyer to the seller’s agent?” and “What happens if a buyer demands you write an offer at an open house the first time you meet them?” All this and more!
