Students will establish and reinforce awareness of specific roles of agency obligations (O.L.D.C.A.R.) as they appear in the Code of Ethics. They will learn how to apply the enforcement and resolution process to conflicts, protect the best interests of their clients, while being fair and honest to customers. Agency issues will be presented and discussed, with examples from DOS hearing results. This includes one hour of Law of Agency requirement and 2.5 hours of DOS and NAR Business Ethics.
