This class is designed for new licensees. It will review the Law of Agency & Disclosure, agent responsibilities, and expand their knowledge and skills on the following topics: writing a client’s offer correctly, preparing a buyer consultation, MLS search tips, managing a buyer’s expectations, and mistakes and pitfalls to avoid.

This course will give a new licensee the confidence to work with buyers within the Code of Ethics and DOS guidelines.
