We’ll review the difference between a mold assessor and mold remediator while reviewing NYS Labor Law Article 32, the rationale for the Law and consumer protection. You’ll discover the health effects of mold, learn the different types of testing techniques, and gain an understanding of the typical remediation practices used today.
