GCAR Membership Portal Vendor, Rapattoni, Experiencing Nationwide Outage

GCAR’s membership management software vendor, Rapattoni, is experiencing an ongoing nationwide outage. This outage is preventing GCAR and Global MLS members from being able to log into the member portal.

Education classes will continue as scheduled. However, we are unable to track who has registered. If you are registered for an upcoming class, please email the class title to Education Director, Amelia Addor at aaddor@gcar.com.

Rapattoni has been working diligently to resolve the issue, but we do not have an estimated timeframe as to when it will be resolved. We will send an update once the system is back up and running.

Per Rapattoni:
Rapattoni’s production network was hit by a cyber-attack and we are working diligently to get systems restored as soon as possible. All technical resources at our disposal are continuing to work around the clock until this matter is resolved. We do not have an ETA at this time, but we will continue to update you and keep you informed of our efforts. We are actively investigating the nature and scope of the event. The confidentiality, privacy, and security of information in our care is one of our highest priorities.

Per Rapattoni (8/15/23):
We have received many questions about the security of your data. We want you to know the security of your data is of utmost importance to us. That said, our investigation is ongoing. As a reminder, all sensitive data stored in Rapattoni AMS databases is encrypted. To date, we have no evidence that personal information has been impacted. If it is discovered that any sensitive data is impacted, we will immediately alert you and determine the best course of action.
