GCAR REALTOR® of the Year Award: Judy Kaiser

The GCAR Realtor of the Year Award recognizes individuals who have served the real estate profession and their communities in an exemplary manner.

Each year, a REALTOR of the Year Committee, comprised of the five past recipients, reviews nominees for this most honored recognition. The committee reviews civic activity, service to non-profit organizations and other charitable activities, volunteer work for the local association, business accomplishments, and state and national association activity.

Judy Kaiser of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Blake has been recognized as GCAR’s 2023 REALTOR^® of the Year. Judy has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty, not only as an outstanding REALTOR^® for more than ten years but also as a passionate advocate for the betterment of our association and community. Through her unwavering commitment and selfless contribution, she has positively impacted GCAR, the members, and countless individuals and families in our neighborhoods.

Her tireless efforts have included participating on the GCAR Trade Show, RPAC, and Community Relations committees – at times serving as chair and WCR, at times serving as an officer. While conducting a vibrant real estate business, Judy also finds the time to organize community events and support initiatives for the General Federation of Women’s Clubs and the Southern Saratoga County Woman’s Club.
