Happy New Year!

I’m honored to serve as your 2019 GCAR President. This will be a productive year for our association and its 3,600 members.

Being a member of GCAR carries with it many benefits. Your membership connects you with exclusive products, programs, and services. Your association membership entitles you to professional standards and mediation, free educational programs, CE courses, and more.

We advocate for you. Our legislative advocacy on local, state, and national levels gives you and your clients a strong voice on issues affecting homeownership.

Our mission is to strive to provide members with programs and services which enhance members ability to successfully conduct their business in a competent and ethical manner, promotes cooperation among members, and promotes the public’s right to own, use, and transfer real property.

We encourage our members to get involved this year by serving one of the following committees; the Broker-Owner-Manager Council, Community Relations, Education, Trade Show, Grievance, Legislative Affairs, Professional Standards, and RPAC.

Once again, I am honored to serve as your 2019 GCAR President.
