CE Credit: 7
Instructor: Christa Swistak
Guiding a buyer through the new construction process can be intimidating and challenging for unfamiliar agents and brokers. In this course, agents and brokers alike will learn basic skills to best guide a buyer through the process of building a new construction home. Understanding the process to build a home, the materials used, financing available for new construction, new construction purchase agreements, and warranties will best serve the client that is interested in contracting with a builder to build a new home. REALTORS® and brokers alike will be able to educate their buyers in the process of building, timelines to build, and set realistic expectations to make this process a positive one for their clients.
