Overhaul of the appraisal world. What is the future of appraisals? This course will give the history of the appraisal profession and where we are today with current, laws and standards. The students will walk away understanding when communication with the appraiser is permitted, the appraiser will understand how they can stay in incompliance with Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice. (USPAP). Fannie Mae three-year project of moderation of the appraisal process, including current appraisal waivers uniform measuring standards (ANSI) starting April 1, 2022 and desktop appraisals.
