We’ll examine agency responsibilities as seen solely from a single agency standpoint, do’s and don’ts as a seller agent and buyers agent, such as “do we provide feedback?”, “what can you say about your buyer to the seller’s agent?”, and “what happens if a buyer demands you write an offer at an open house the first time you meet them?” All this and more!
