Licensed since 1978, associate broker’s license in 1992, certified for New York State continuing education by the Dept. of State in 1996, BA in Speech Communication from SUNY Geneseo. Author of several courses covering agency, disclosure, commercial real estate, short sales, rural wells and septic systems, and client counseling. NYSAR Realtor of the Year in 2008.
