BILL ALSTON

Bill has been a Realtor for 31 Years. He is a NYSAR approved instructor and has over twenty years of teaching experience. Classes he has taught include Lead-Based Paint, Realtor Board and Broker Orientation Courses, and Understanding the Purchase and Sale Contract. He also teaches Business Planning for the real estate company he works for.

JEFFREY DECATUR

Jeffrey Decatur is an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Capital in Albany.  He has been involved in GCAR since he obtained his license in 1994, under Welbourne & Purdy a locally owned real estate company. Jeffrey was honored by GCAR as the 2017 REALTOR of the Year. He was a 2017 and 2018 National Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee Participation Council State Representative. Jeffrey was a member of the 2018 NYSAR Board member as well as a delegate. He also serves on the following NYSAR committees; Communications, Marketing & Technology Forum, Professional Standards, Leg Policy Forum, Education Management, Legal Action, and Nominating. Jeffrey has served on the GCAR Professional Standards Committee, Education Management Committee, and RPAC Committee. Jeffrey is also an instructor at the GCAR Real Estate Professional Institute.

LISBETH CALANDRINO

Lisbeth Calandrino is an accomplished international speaker with an expertise in the floor covering industry and customer service. She has been certified as an Independent Floor Covering Inspector and in 2017 was named by Floor Covering News as one of the Top Ten Influencers in the Flooring Industry. She is a regular speaker at the International Surfaces Convention, the largest North American Floor Covering Event, The Remodelers, and Deck Expo and The International Coverings Show. She is a regular contributor and Associate Publisher of Fabulous Floors Magazine.

Lisbeth’s speaking style is straightforward, high energy and humorous. She has won several speaking awards from Toastmaster’s International on her content and speaking style. She is the author of several business books; her book, Red Hot Customer Service is in its second edition.

RICHARD FERRO

Richard Ferro is the principal broker and manager for Berkshire Hathaway Blake’s Commercial Division and has been engaged in commercial real estate brokerage for twenty-eight years, concentrating on office, industrial, multi-family and investment properties. He has represented buyers and tenants as well as sellers and landlords, throughout the greater Capital Region. With a Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering and a Master’s Degree in business administration, he held various positions in the corporate manufacturing environment prior to joining the real estate industry in 1990.

He received his CCIM designation in November of 2003 and has twice served as President of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB). He has served in board and officer positions with the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, the Schenectady County Chamber of Commerce and the Schenectady County IDA. He has also served as an arbitrator for GCAR and CIREB, and for the past 15 years, he has been a New York State certified real estate instructor. In 2009, Richard became a NAR certified mediator.

RORY O'CONNOR

Rory O’Connor began his real estate career in 1985, after a successful corporate career in consumer marketing, as well as running his own consulting. Beginning with a small firm, he soon moved to RE/MAX in Saratoga, where he was a top agent, and earned his GRI designation.

In 1996, he founded Saratoga Real Property, Inc. Specializing in personal, one on one service to his clients, the firm grew and was selected as the marketing and construction management firm that built “The Village at Saratoga”, one of the most successful sub-divisions of its time.

Rory has served actively for years on various GCAR Committees, including the Grievance, Professional Standards, as well as Education. He also served on the CRMLS Board for several years. After completing his ITI Designation Course, he now enjoys teaching for GCAR’s school. He currently serves as a GCAR Director, and was recently named a NYSAR Director by GCAR.

JENNIFER VUCETIC

Real estate maven, wife, philanthropist, extreme optimist and travel enthusiast, Jennifer is the Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Empire Associates. With more than 10 years of experience, Jenn works closely with her buyer and seller clients to help them find the right new home or to sell their current home. She also serves on the national Leadership Steering Committee of the Women’s Council of Realtors – the 12th largest organization for women in North America; the board of the New York State Association of Realtors as regional vice president for the Capital Region, and the Greater Capital Region Association of Realtors as a director and as a GCAR NYSAR Director. She also is a graduate of the New York State (Real Estate) Instructor Training Institute and is a former member of the Town of Clifton Park Zoning Board of Appeals.

Jeremias “Jman” Maneiro is the owner of JMan Seminars and is a licensed NYS Associate Broker who is still actively selling in his home market of Rochester, NY. His speaking career began 28 years ago when he was the ring announcer for his third-grade elementary school circus. He has over 14 years of experience in training salespeople to enhance their productivity, sales skills, efficiency, and tech savviness. He does Real Estate Technology training throughout the country and specializes in helping everyone learn and adopt new technology to his or her real estate business regardless of the technological inclination or generational difference.
